In the spirit of sustainability, each participant will receive two reusable polyethylene cups at check-in. Please keep these cups with you at all times. Coffee, tea, and other beverages will only be served in these cups. There will be no disposable cups available on-site. You are responsible for cleaning your cups. Alternatively, you may bring your own coffee cup.
This way, we produce less waste and avoid plastic cups being left around in seminar rooms and common areas.
