What Happens After 2027 – Prospects for Ukrainians in Germany

Temporary protection under Section 24 of the Residence Act for Ukrainians is currently valid until March 4, 2027—but what happens after that? In this workshop, we examine possible legal developments and discuss their impact on residency status and access to healthcare and social benefits.

Together, we’ll address open questions, contextualize current statements from authorities, and create space for exchange and guidance in an uncertain future.
